Guest Room Refurbishment Update

Edgewater is making great progress in upgrading all guest rooms into the new refurbished style.  Over the last few months over 40 guest rooms have been off-line, being refurbished.  These rooms are due to be open to guests by the end of December.    The new style can be seen at left or via this short video.  

So that means as we moved into 2025, we will be back at full inventory!  At that time approximately 75% of the hotel inventory will be refurbished and known as ‘Premium’ rooms.  The balance are the non-refurbished ‘standard rooms’.  

Change to Max Pax

In Edgewater’s premium (refurbished) one-bedroom suites we had previously indicated a maximum of two guests.  This has now changed, and we can accommodate up to three guests (extra person charge may apply).  The bedding configuration is based on two guests in the bedroom and one guest in the suite living area.  Their bedding is either a sofa-bed or a roll-away bed.
