INCREASED FLIGHTS TO MILFORD SOUND THIS SUMMER SEASON (1 OCT 2024-31 MARCH 2025)

Glacier Southern Lakes Helicopters has amped up its summer flight schedule from Queenstown to Milford Sound.  

Flying to Milford Sound takes only 30 minutes, each way, across the spectacular Southern Alps and Fiordland National Park.

Departing 10am from our base at Queenstown, passengers connect with the 11.15am Pride of Milford (Southern Discoveries) cruise around the fjord.  

The 2pm helicopter flight connects with the 3.15pm Milford Sound Cruise.  Glacier Southern Lakes Helicopters guest enjoy reserved seating.    

Don’t forget the amazing Milford Extended flight with Queenstown departures at 9.30am, noon and 2.30pm.  Passengers not only enjoy Milford Sound, but also land on West Coast beach and a mesmerising glacier or rugged alpine area!
