Edgewater Refurbished Rooms Back Online

We are excited to announce that Edgewater’s refurbished premium rooms are back online, just in time for the New Year!

Over the past week and continuing through next week, our next stage of premium rooms are having the finishing touches applied and being loaded into our inventory. 

As of 1 January 2025, Edgewater will have ALL guest rooms available for sale.  Of these, approximately 70% of the rooms are premium (refurbished rooms) and 30% are standard rooms. 

Additionally, we are pleased to share that three former administration offices have been restored as guest rooms and are now part of inventory at Edgewater.  They arguably have some of the best views of the gardens, lake and mountains in the distance.   

According to General Manager, Leigh Stock, “This second phase of refurbishment has been major undertaking at Edgewater and credit goes to our building project managers getting the guest rooms completed.  Our housekeeping and maintenance teams have swept into action providing the finishing touches preparing the rooms for guest stays.  Early guest feedback has been exceptional”.

In total, Edgewater now boasts 106 rooms (up from 103 rooms).  These will all be available for sale through 2025.  Note: there is no additional refurbishment planned for 2025.
