Kaikoura Luxury Apartments has received the highest star grading from Qualmark New Zealand - Five Stars (Apartment Category).

The on-site assessment was completed in October 2024 with the final report and certification being completed just before Christmas.

Owner John Arbuckle is delighted with the outcome.

There are 9 apartments providing additional high quality apartment capacity with waterfront sea views. These apartments are smartly laid out on an angle, and all have sea view balconies with parking underneath.

Numerous improvements have been made at the Kaikoura Luxury Apartments with new bed linen, compendiums, Nespresso coffee machines installed, redone landscaping and the reception is serviced by the White Morph apartments next door.

Each apartment features: heat-pumps/air conditioning, wireless access, 50+ Sky (cable) channels and well-appointed full kitchens which include dishwash drawer, microwave, cook-top and oven

All apartments have efficient dryers & efficient washing machines, smart clocks that play all radio stations, set alarms, tell time, show outside temperature, answer most questions.
